Apologies for not updating you all on the work our volunteer groups have been doing.

The first job was on the 24^th May at Benny's Bridge. The team were removing weeds from the canal and continuing to clear the paths. Lots of fish were visible.

The second job was on 31^st May on the towpath near Withins Bridge.

They were working on removing overgrown grass to widen the path.

The third job was on June 6^th on the towpath near Benny's Bridge.

The team were busy pruning some trees to make it easier to walk the path. They also removed some weeds from the towpath and the canal waters and created a seating area under a tree.
